Refund & Cancellation Policy
At iTalint (TALINT LTD), we value your time and investment in professional development and hiring. To maintain fairness and ensure service quality, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
1. Booking Cancellations by Clients
Cancellations must be made at least ten business days before the scheduled session or delivery of services to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Cancellations made five business days before the scheduled session or delivery of services are eligible for 50% refund.
Cancellations made three business days before the scheduled session or delivery of services may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows (failing to attend a booked session or service without notice) are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Requests
Rescheduling is permitted once per booking if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Short-notice rescheduling (less than 24 hours) may not be guaranteed and may incur a fee.
3. Refunds Due to Service Cancellation by TALINT LTD
In the rare event that TALINT LTD must cancel services or reschedule a session, you will be offered:
a) An alternative session at no extra cost, or
b) A full refund of the affected service
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Partial attendance or early departure from a session.
Client dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations when service was delivered as described.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please email ask@italint.co.uk with:
Your full name
Booking details (date, service type)
Reason for the request
All refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
